What do I get when I purchase a FLOS FLORIS perfume?
Our perfumes always include No. 2 refills of 50ML each.
So, when you receive your order you will get: the whole perfume (no. 1 50ML glass vial inside the conical shaped design object + no. 2 50ML refills, for a total of 150 ML).
If you decide to buy the single refill instead, you will receive the single 50ML vial without the aluminum case.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, but to verify whether we deliver to your country, please check the Shipping section and check whether your country is listed among the three zones we serve before placing your order.
How long does it take for orders to be delivered?
In Italy, orders are delivered within 1-2 business days from the day the order was placed.
Zone A: Orders are delivered within 1-4 business days from the day the order was placed.
Zone B: Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days from the day the order was placed.
Zone C: Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the day the order was placed.
Unless otherwise noted and on rare occasions, orders are shipped the same day if the purchase was made before 12:00 a.m. and only on business days.
To avoid unpleasant situations, you will receive an email with tracking information from DHL Express once your package has been shipped. This will allow you to track the delivery at all times.

Is shipping free?
In the zones listed, we offer free shipping in Italy for orders over €100. For orders under €100, there is a shipping cost of €10 in Italy. For international shipments, costs vary:
Zone A: €30
Zone B: €40
Zone C: €60

Can my order be packaged as a gift?
Every order placed is shipped in exclusive packaging that is ready to be used as a gift. It is designer packaging created with durable and reusable materials.
Can you send me a perfume sample?
Every order placed on Flos Floris comes with a special touch. If you purchase one of our exclusive niche fragrances, we will send you a free gift box containing 4 additional fragrance samples from the LUX collection. This way, you can explore and test the different fragrances in our collection.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only in the event of an error on our part in delivering the correct fragrance. For more details and instructions on the return process, please see the Returns section on our website.
If, on the other hand, you wish to return a purchased perfume, you may do so as long as the packaging is still intact. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and you can choose the courier you prefer.
Each case is evaluated individually to ensure the best solution.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once confirmed, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
If you wish to replace an item with another, you must first return the unwanted item following our Returns policy.
You can then place a new perfume order.
The original item will be refunded in accordance with our standard return policy.
