The history of the brand
We have been styling personalities for over 10 years
Our brand originated from the passion and vision of the stylist Antonio Matarazzo, who, in 1986, was born into a humble family of construction entrepreneurs, from whom he inherited the passion and commitment. While working in the company with his brothers, however, he also developed a strong interest in the world of fashion and in 2011 he founded FLOS FLORIS, a clothing and accessories brand that aims at creating a distinctive style, characterized by an innovative timeless design as well as a strong vision towards the future. He thus gets closer to the great fashion artisans and learns the art of creating tailor-made clothes directly in the field.
A creative mind outside the box
Thanks to his extraordinary talent, he designs his first collection, aimed at an audience of men and women with a strong and dominant personality. He selects solely high quality materials and searches for fine fabrics and leathers that are strictly Made in Italy.
Over the years, Antonio proudly presents his collection at prestigious international fairs such as the Pitti in Florence and the Project Fair in Las Vegas.
In 2016, FLOS FLORIS has the opportunity to participate in the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, dressing prominent personalities from the world of show business.
the Birth of the Lux Collection
The designer introduces a niche fragrance into the Flos Floris collection, to consolidate the synergy of the brand and enrich its identity. This new creation represents the result of sophisticated research and the fusion of spicy and amber notes, implicating an unexpected revelation: the first artistic fragrance by FLOS FLORIS.
The evolution in 2016, a change of direction anchored in the original values
Fresh and enveloping, this product has a power of seduction that is more eloquent than words, even to be worthy to carry the decisive name of “That’s It“. As a matter of fact its presentation at Tao Downtown in New York achieved immediate success.
In 2019, during the pandemic period, Antonio and Karyna Bondar, the artistic director of the brand, decided not to let grass grow under their feet and to use the available time to create a collection of cutting-edge fragrances, which embody the luxury of the future and stand as milestones of innovation and sustainability.
They focus their attention not only on the essence of the fragrances, but also on the packaging that contains them and develop a unique and sustainable design, created to preserve the planet.
